What can we help with?

Orders & shipping

  • Tracking & delivery: We’ll investigate if tracking stalls (7+ days domestic / 14+ days international).

  • Address changes: Possible before dispatch only.

  • Customs & duties: We can provide commercial invoices and HS codes.

Custom paint projects

  • New project briefs: Share helmet model/size, reference images, color palette, deadline (race/event), and budget range.

  • Timelines: Typical delivery 4–10 months; may extend during race season or events.

  • Approvals: We’ll update you at each milestone.

Returns & exchanges

  • Custom paint / made‑to‑order: Final sale (see Terms).

  • Standard merchandise: Check our Returns Policy for windows and conditions.

  • Start a return by emailing support@stratamoto.com with subject Return Request – Order #.
