These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the StrataMoto website, checkout, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all incorporated policies (Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns/Refunds Policy).

3) Orders, pre‑orders & custom paint

  • Offer & acceptance: Items in the storefront are invitations to treat, not binding offers. Your order is an offer to purchase; we may accept or reject it at our discretion (e.g., for suspected fraud, pricing/availability errors).

  • Pre‑orders: Some products may be offered on a pre‑order basis. Estimated ship dates are estimates, not guarantees, and are subject to change. You authorize us to capture payment per the method shown at checkout (immediate capture, deposit, or authorization—depending on the product and payment provider).

  • Custom paint projects: Lead times typically range 4–10 months and may be longer during race season or events. Timelines depend on design approvals, complexity, materials, and curing. Minor artistic variations are inherent to custom work and are not defects.

  • Approvals & scope: You agree to provide timely feedback and approvals. Changes after approval may incur additional costs and affect timelines.

  • Fitment & compatibility: You are responsible for verifying fitment (helmet model/size, part compatibility) before ordering. We can advise but final responsibility remains with you.


4) Pricing, taxes & payments

  • Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may change without notice. Promotional pricing may be time‑limited.
