Choosing a Custom Paint Shop (Important Notice)
Custom painting is gradually becoming more popular among the general public, and I think there are more opportunities to see it. As a result, the number of paint shops has also increased. Custom painting requires individuality and uniqueness in addition to the highest quality, and each shop has its own established standards. When you first decide to ask for custom painting, you may be worried about which shop to go to. In such cases, I think it is a good idea to gather information from the Internet, magazines, motor shows, and other events, and find a paint shop that matches your image.
Delivery Time for Custom Paint Projects
Delivery time is about 4–10 months. It may be delayed during the race season or other events.
Note: Timelines depend on design complexity, seasonality, material availability, and approval/iteration cycles. We will keep you updated with milestone emails (design approval → paint start → clear/curing → quality check → packing → dispatch).
Order Processing & Dispatch

In‑stock items: 1–3 business days processing.

Made‑to‑order / pre‑orders (non‑paint): Lead times shown on product page. We ship as soon as items are ready.

Custom paint: See “Delivery Time” above. Shipping occurs after QC and curing.
We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Transit

International: Express/priority options available. Typical transit 3–10 business days. Remote areas may take longer.
Transit estimates begin after dispatch and exclude customs delays.
Rates, Duties & Taxes

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination, and service level.

Duties/Import taxes: International orders may incur duties, VAT, or brokerage fees. These are the buyer’s responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.
Address Changes & Undeliverable Parcels

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute packages once shipped.

If a parcel is returned as undeliverable, we can reship after collecting re‑delivery fees.
Tracking & Ownership Transfer

You’ll receive a tracking link upon dispatch.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery confirmation by the carrier. For high‑value items we recommend Signature on Delivery; request it before dispatch.
Packaging & Insurance

Helmets and painted parts are packed with multi‑layer protection. We may ship in dedicated crates for premium paintwork.

Insured shipping is available on request (recommended for custom paint). Contact us before dispatch to add insurance.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Damage on arrival: Photograph the outer box, inner packaging, and the item within 48 hours and contact support@stratamoto.com. Keep all packaging for inspection.

Lost in transit: If tracking stalls for 7+ days (domestic) or 14+ days (international), reach out and we’ll open a carrier investigation.

Porch theft: If tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the parcel, check with neighbors/building management first, then contact us. Signature service reduces this risk.
Split Shipments
Orders containing both in‑stock and custom items may ship separately. We will notify you of partial shipments.
Returns & Exchanges (Summary)

Custom paint and made‑to‑order items: Final sale, non‑returnable (defects covered under our workmanship guarantee—see our Returns Policy).

Standard merchandise: Returnable within the period stated in the Returns Policy, unused and in original packaging.
