Story & Concept

The Diavel V4 wears its power like a tailored suit: sculptural tank, slim tail, and that signature wide rear tyre. We translated that language into a helmet: “Darkline #27”. It’s a restrained, technical black theme—difficult to execute cleanly—that lets the bike’s “engine and muscle” read across the crown and jaw. Subtle gunmetal sprays flow over panel edges to suggest the Diavel’s broad shoulders, while carbon accents peek through to hint at performance hardware. Your #27 marks identity without shouting. Final high-gloss clear makes maintenance simple and locks in depth like wet paint.

Finish & Materials

• Primary palette: Deep black base, gunmetal gray airbrush with smooth gradation

• Accents: Select carbon-weave reveals (subtle; not full-panel)

• Identity: Rider number #27 (rear or side, your choice)

• Clear coat: 2-component automotive 2K gloss; UV-stable, solvent-resistant

• Technique: Masked layers + freehand airbrush; zero structural sanding of the shell

Certification remains as per the original Shoei shell. Our paint process does not compromise the helmet structure.

Measure head circumference just above the eyebrows. If between sizes or wearing a balaclava, choose the larger.

Production & Lead Time

• Custom paint queue: ~30 working days for standard orders. Actual timing may vary based on queue (first-come, first-served).
• When production starts: Design and masking begin once your order is paid.
• Shipping after completion: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and courier service. Tracking provided.

We prioritize precision over speed. Dark, high-gloss and satin-matte finishes require careful curing to achieve that showroom depth.

Finish Standard

• Factory-grade polish: Final finish is a compound, factory-standard polish for deep gloss.
• Matte option: We deliver a satin-matte (not chalky flat) for easier cleaning and consistent sheen.

Approval & Sign-Off

• Final review video: Before shipping, we send a high-resolution video of your finished helmet for approval.
• Your confirmation: Please review carefully. Your approval confirms acceptance of the artwork and finish.
• After shipment: Once dispatched, we cannot accept change requests.
